Rubber Band Clock consists of a plate, a standard clock movement, and of 6 silicone rubber bands, stretched on the plate to form a dial.
Clock movement could be obtained on line (www.klockit.com). The movement usually comes with a set of clock hands. Drill a 3/8” dia hole at the center of a plate of your choice. Drilling a ceramic plate could be tricky, and it requires a special drill bit. A melamine or wood plate will make the job easier. Standard rubber bands could be used on a dial, but they will deteriorate over time. Silicone bands are permanent (available at Kitchen & Company).
